Creative Governance Act:

“Semester 1 – Harrisburg City Council 2025”

Comic Challenge This holiday season, Profitt from the Experience Inc. invites young adults to engage politically and creatively through storytelling.

The Challenge: Watch Harrisburg City Council meetings (available on YouTube) from September 2025 onward, and reimagine the events as if we were all superheroes. Create characters, plotlines, and a comic book titled: “Semester 1 – Harrisburg City Council 2025”. Why It Matters: This initiative is a reactive and imaginative way to get involved, encouraging young people to:

● Understand civic processes

● Reflect on leadership and accountability

● Channel their creativity into public discourse

Prize: The winning comic creator will receive $500, sponsored by Profitt from Experience Inc.
